Selling securities

• In order to sell securities it is necessary for you to take your ID card (domestic physical entities), a passport (foreign physical entities), registration from the Central Register and a form of authorized signatories (legal entities), Decision from the Management Board on the Sale of Securities if it is a case of an AD or DOO (legal entities), as well as (it is desirable) an excerpt from the Central Depositary to be taken as proof for the possession of the securities that you wish to sell. 
• Before opening the sale order, our brokers shall assists you in establishing the price by informing you on all significant moments associated with certain securities, the current offers and prices i.e. the executed transactions. The final decision about establishing the price per which you shall purchase a certain security is brought by you as orderer.
• After the realized transaction that is the sale of securities, you shall be given a report on the details of the overall transaction and the amount of money reduced for the broker, deposit and stock exchange provision shall be transferred to your submitted account (transaction account) on the third day counting from the realized sale of securities.
